The Design Technician prepares layouts, generates manufacturing files, updates documentation, and assists internal testing activities.
Requirements
- Apply redlines and updates from customers, Design Engineers, or Quality teams in EPLAN, AutoCAD, or other design software.
- Design and produce terminal block labels, phenolic tags, and other panel identification markers.
- Generate and manage manufacturing files for production use.
- Assist with internal testing activities as required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, revision histories, and drawing packages.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Bills of Material (BOM) under engineer direction.
- Assist Sales, Engineering, and Quality teams by reviewing engineering documentation.
