
Job description
The Senior Director, Player Experience Strategy will partner closely with senior production and creative leaders to ensure that all FC player experiences exceed player expectations, validated through large and small scale playtesting, research, competitive analysis and understanding the community.
Lead, grow and evolve the Experiential Quality function within the FC franchise, building a team relentlessly focused on driving positive impact on quality and player experience. Support the strategic planning and execution for new and current experiences within the EA Sports FC ecosystem.
10+ years of game production, game design or game product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Past experience with football-related games and products strongly preferred.
