Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, define player insights strategy, translate complex player behaviors into clear recommendations, and partner with development leadership to embed player insights throughout the development and live lifecycle.
7+ years of experience in the gaming industry, strong track record leading player/user research teams, demonstrated ability to connect player insights to business and franchise strategy, and a passion for Battlefield, FPS games, or large-scale multiplayer experiences.
