Job Description
The Sr. Specialist, CRM Strategy, Battlefield will develop strategic plans across Email and In-Game channels for Battlefield fans around the world. This position will report into the Senior Manager, CRM Strategy - Battlefield and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute engagement, retention and monetization initiatives.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing data, or marketing technology fields
- Experience with digital advertising operations, including campaign programming and delivery
- Expertise in quality control checks, in-depth troubleshooting
- Passionate about games, or game theory
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
