Head of Product

Electrum is a next-generation payment software technology company looking for a Head of Product to shape the vision and strategy for a high-value portfolio of enterprise-grade fintech and payment solutions. The role involves defining and executing the product vision and strategy, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and leading cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate has a unique blend of executive product leadership, deep expertise in strategic design thinking, and specialized domain knowledge in enterprise software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Direct experience with digital transformation initiatives or bringing a significant new product category to market.
• Proven success in a Head of Product, VP of Product, or similar senior strategic role within enterprise software.
• Extensive experience defining and managing product strategy and design in an agile development environment.
• Experience with large enterprise platforms like SAP or Oracle, and their application in the financial sector.
• Deep knowledge of specific financial domains (e.g., Treasury Management, Core Banking, Fraud/Risk Management, SCM in a FinServ context).
