Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to provide daily life services to residents in a managed community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out the activities of daily life services, providing personal care, and communicating with medical professionals and families.
Requirements
- Follow the services outlined in each resident's service plan
- Comply with quality assurance process and document any observed change of condition
- Understand and follow all company policies and local, state, and federal rules and regulations
- Work in a safe manner and report any unsafe actions to supervisor
- Foster teamwork with co-workers and communicate effectively with Personal Care Assistants
