Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Contract Manager to join our team. The Contract Manager will be responsible for structuring and administering contractual documents, negotiating with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, and/or Management
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to focus on the needs of internal and external customers
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to coordinate multiple high priority tasks simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Understanding of basic Finance and Accounting concepts and terminology
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel and Word
- Experience/skills in Salesforce and/or ServiceNow is desirable
