Requirements

• Developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate and consistent systems and procedures to meet the business objectives
• Ensuring timely reporting of adverse events to authorities
• Collaborating across functions to support broader post-market activities
• Liaising with external regulatory bodies and internal regulatory functions
• Providing awareness training to ensure everyone is aware of the importance of Complaints
• Monitoring complaints and making non-conformances where necessary
