The Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing of all Elekta products within the area of responsibility, including planned maintenance, emergency corrective maintenance, upgrades, installation work, courtesy calls to local customers and telephone support.
Requirements
- Aware of and able to follow the company's policies around compliance, the environment, data management and quality systems.
- Capable of using and populating the company's service systems and databases.
- Is capable of independently performing all planned maintenance tasks.
- Is capable of independently performing the majority corrective maintenance tasks.
- Can perform more complex fault finding and repair independently.
- Good presentational skills able to run local knowledge transfer/service meetings in line with experience.
- Can provide on the job coaching as appropriate in line with experience.
- Is competent in the use of IntelliMax and QlikSense to proactively monitor and repair systems.
