Head of Calibration

Head of Calibration role responsible for all Element business operations and processes within the business unit, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and practices for Health, Safety & Environment and Quality, and driving growth through organic and technical services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metrology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in quality, calibration, metrology, or testing laboratory management.
• Proven experience managing ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories is advantageous
• Background in dimensional, electrical, temperature, or pressure calibration
• Proven experience in aerospace quality requirement and experiences is advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of calibration principles, uncertainty analysis, and traceability.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in calibration software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong project management capability.
• Finance knowledge on budgeting and planning
