Machinist

Element has an opportunity for a Machinist to join our rapidly expanding team, performing machining assignments within the department and ensuring timely and accurate test results. The technician position must be proficient in core business skills, including safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proficient in laboratory safety
• HS diploma or GED certificate preferred
• Associate degree in related testing or science field and/or 3-6 years of experience in a machining shop environment
• In-depth understanding of specimen preparation
• Working knowledge of machine shop safety protocol
• Strong computer skills
