Sales Manager (West Coast)

Sales Manager sought to lead Pharmaceutical Testing commercial efforts across the West Coast, driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships. Responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing sales team, partnering with Operations and technical teams, and promoting services to clients and industry groups.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of sales experience
• 5+ years in sales leadership (regional or country-level preferred)
• 3–5 years managing outside sales teams and 5–10 years in technical sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech markets, including regulatory requirements
