Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
• 5–8 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles within the chemical industry
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage
• Strong understanding of chemical formulations, applications, and regulatory environments
• Ability to translate market needs into product solutions and strategies
• Skilled in managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong data analysis skills to assess product performance and market dynamics
• Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Deep understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver value through product innovation
