R&D Application Engineer II

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Application Engineer to support development and validation of next-generation electronic materials. The role involves hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration to drive financial performance and create a rewarding work environment.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• 0-5 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics assembly industry
• Experience with die attach or advanced packaging preferred
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent documentation and communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with DOE, ANOVA, MSA, FMEA
• Strong skills in Excel and Minitab
