R&D Application Engineer III

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a technically strong and customer-focused Application Engineer to bridge the gap between product technology and real-world customer applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, a strong analytical mind, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for supporting development, validation, and optimization of next-generation electronic materials, troubleshooting issues faced by customers, and conducting failure mode analysis. The role will also involve performing product evaluations, trials, and performance testing, as well as preparing technical reports and recommendations.
