Job Description
MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking an R&D Scientist to work on various projects, including wafer level packaging, circuitry solutions, and electronics assembly. The successful candidate will have experience in the electroplating industry and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Chemistry, Material Science, or Physics
- Five+ years of relevant hands-on experience in the electroplating industry
- Good spoken and written English
- Good PC skills, esp. Microsoft Office products
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Ability to work across a wide variety of functions within the organization
- Ability to handle confidential information with high degree of operational caution
