The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric, analytical thinker with strong communication skills and technical expertise in specialty chemicals and formulations.

Requirements

• Provide technical support for clients within the assigned area to ensure products application can meet customer’s requirements.
• Manage projects to support both current and new business development.
• Support company product promotion and application.
• To become and maintain the expert on our soldering solution to assembly customer such as the use of liquid flux, solder paste, bar, preform, solder bar to be able to drive the sales of these products in the defined market.
• To support the application of our underfill, edge bonding,conformal coating, thermal interface material, potting compound product line
• To solve product application problems for clients
• To provide product training for clients
• To collect the relevant information of customers application and requirements as well as competitors
• To work with application centre team to support the customer project
• To support new opportunities for business development
• To finish any other tasks assigned by supervisor
