Contracts Analyst

Element is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support a federal government program while contributing to contract operations. The role involves reviewing, managing, and tracking subcontractor and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with prime contract requirements, federal acquisition regulations, and program-specific contractual obligations.

Requirements

• Review and manage all task subcontracts and vendor agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with prime contract requirements.
• Ensure 100% compliance with contract terms, including flow-down requirements, reporting obligations, and performance standards.
• Monitor subcontractor deliverables to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and contractual commitments.
