Job Description
Electronics Technician 2 with 1-3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry required to perform monthly PM services, software updates, and training of lower level techs.
Requirements
- Possess an advanced hand tool set
- Follow all safety processes and procedures
- Siemens, Rockwell, Opto22 plc training
- Knowledge of industrial engine/transmission diagnostic software
- Safeland training
- Install/repair/calibrate 4-20ma instruments for plc control
- Proficient with computers
- MUST FOLLOW ALL SAFETY REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS
- Basic understanding of the use of diagnostic software and how to use it
- Proficient knowledge of hydraulic systems and their correct control settings
- Can perform electro/hydraulic system troubleshooting
- Proficient knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of basic equipment operation and theory
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting and repair of greaser systems
- Proficient in performing all monthly PM services with no guidance
- Good understanding of electro-hydraulics pump systems
