Department Supervisor

We are seeking a Chemistry Laboratory Supervisor / Soil Analysis Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in our Laboratory in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily laboratory operations, supervising team members, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance / control standards, (ISO/IEC 17025:2017).

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of soil testing methodologies
• Ability to defend and interpret laboratory results and conduct accurate assessments based on analytical findings
• Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and guide a team efficiently
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
• Experience with, and an understanding of, laboratory processes and LIMS systems
• Expertise in quality control measures and procedures to ensure reliable results
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree, (or higher), in chemistry or soil science, or a related field
• Previous experience, (minimum of 5 years) in soil analysis and / or chemistry laboratory supervision is essential
