Project Manager - Licensing & Permitting (NUCLEAR ENERGY)

Elementl Power Inc. is an advanced nuclear project developer and independent power producer seeking a Project Manager - Licensing & Permitting to manage on-time and on-budget performance of regulatory, licensing, and permitting workstreams supporting the development of advanced nuclear energy projects, including Small Modular Reactors (SMRs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, nuclear science, or a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience managing complex infrastructure or power plant delivery projects, including nuclear regulatory or non-nuclear permitting workstreams
• NRC new plant licensing processes, including ESP, COL, or CP/OL experience
• Environmental review processes, including NEPA or equivalent experience
• Non-nuclear permitting across federal, state, and local agencies experience
• Consultant and contract management experience, including scope, schedule, cost, and earned value reporting
• Risk identification, mitigation planning, and risk register management experience
• Nuclear QA program requirements, including familiarity with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and NQA-1 expectations for licensing work product
