Authorization Representative I

Authorization Representative I will be responsible for completing and submitting re-authorization forms for patients whose health plan requires drug re-authorizations. The role involves entering re-authorizations into the portal, submitting completed forms to insurance plans, and following up with patients' insurance companies or physician offices for approval/denial status.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience processing pharmacy prior authorizations
• Specialty pharmacy experience highly preferred
• Pharmacy license/certification preferred
