Job Description
The Behavioral Health Community Partnership Manager will be responsible for leading Behavioral Health provider engagement, leveraging data to improve clinical and quality outcomes for Carelon members. This role is responsible for a local market in Humboldt County, California.
Requirements
- MA/MS or above in Behavioral Health field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience in healthcare
- Current, valid, independent, and unrestricted license such as RN, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
- 5 years' experience in a behavioral health setting, either provider or payer
