Job Description
Crisis Clinician Lead, Louisiana, position at Elevance Health, responsible for handling inbound calls, providing support and guidance to clinical and referral specialists, and performing assessments to ensure the safety of individuals in crisis. The role is a hybrid position, with flexibility to work virtually full-time with required in-person training sessions. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in social work counseling, with a broad range of experience with complex psychiatric and substance abuse treatment.
Requirements
- MA/MS in social work counseling or a related behavioral health field
- Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in social work counseling
- Current active unrestricted license such as RN LCSW LMHC LICSW LPC or Clinical Psychologist
- Extensive experience in case management and telephonic and/or in person coaching
- Managed care experience
