Engineer Lead

This role requires an Engineer Lead to manage the full delivery of end-to-end system development and maintenance on medium enterprise-wide technology platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading efforts to increase the presence of web products, implementing improvements in stability, performance, and scalability, and developing and owning a list of final enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study
• Seven (7) years in any occupation with IT experience, or related
• Five years of experience in Microservices and API development using Java, Spring Boot, Node JS, C, C++ or JavaScript frameworks
• Five years of experience in relational and nonrelational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, and MongoDB database
• Three years of experience in working with teams using Agile methodology including Scrum or Kanban
• Three years of experience in cloud infrastructure including AWS and Azure
• Three years of experience in leading development activities and designing solutions to solve complex problems related to API development
• Two years of experience in setting up API Gateway using tools including AWS API Gateway
