Job Description
The Financial Consultant Manager is responsible for leading the process of preparation and interpretation of complex financial analysis for Medicare lines of business. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The Financial Consultant Manager has end-to-end ownership/management of business processes and works across functions and business departments to drive holistic and consistent solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 6 years of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting financial reporting experience
- Advanced working proficiency in Excel
- MBA preferred
- CPA, CMA, FSA and/or CFA certifications/licenses preferred
- Extensive knowledge of internal business processes, data flow, controls, and financial systems
- Experience with SQL, Python, AI/ChatGPT (digital capabilities), and Power BI/Tableau or a combination of these
