We are seeking a Senior Product Analytics & AI Consultant to lead the development of advanced analytics and AI-driven insights that shape product strategy, financial performance, and member outcomes. The Senior Product Analytics & AI Consultant creates statistical models to predict, classify, quantify, and/or forecast business metrics with a focus on product performance, ROI measurement, and a leading indicator development.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology or equivalent training and mastery
- 10 years experience in related health care analytics
- Advanced expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning using tools such as Python, R, or SAS
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Teradata, SQL, SQL Server, or equivalent cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience building analytics solutions in cloud-based data environments
- Proven ability to design robust analytical datasets and address data quality challenges to support predictive analytics, product performance measurement, and ROI evaluation
