Utilization Management Representative I

Utilization Management Representative I coordinates cases for precertification and prior authorization review. The role involves managing incoming calls, determining contract and benefit eligibility, and responding to telephone and written inquiries from clients, providers, and in-house departments. The associate will work virtually full-time, with occasional in-person training sessions and the ability to work from the office as necessary.

Requirements

• HS diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service or call-center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to details, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
