Job Description
The Lead Flight Mechanic provides on-aircraft maintenance support for Elevate Aviation Group's private charter fleet, traveling with the aircraft and serving as the lead maintenance resource and primary technical authority for the flight crew throughout the duration of each trip.
Requirements
- Current FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) rating
- Meets experience requirements of 14 CFR § 65.83
- Experience on Boeing airplanes
- Working knowledge of 14 CFR Parts 1, 5, 21, 25, 39, 43, 45, 47, 65, 91, 119, 120, and 121
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and aviation maintenance tracking systems
- Ability to run engines and taxi aircraft after receiving EAG qualification training
- Strong organizational skills, independent decision-making ability, and clear communication, particularly in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
