Financial Analyst

Elevate Outdoor Collective seeks a Financial Analyst to join the North America FP&A team. The Financial Analyst will build and maintain financial models, deliver high-quality forecasting and analysis, and help automate and improve core finance processes.

Requirements

• Develop, maintain, and improve monthly sales, margin, and inventory forecasts
• Own and evolve driver-based financial models that connect revenue, cost, and operating assumptions to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts
• Prepare inputs for monthly close, rolling forecast, AOP, and long-range planning
• Produce and streamline recurring reporting (expense, KPI dashboards, channel/brand performance) using ERP and BI tools
• Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/plan), identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
• Research ad-hoc business questions and quantify fiscal impacts with clear, decision-ready deliverables
• Partner closely with Sales and Department Managers to align on assumptions, track spend, and surface insights
• Communicate complex analyses in concise, audience-appropriate narratives—written, visual, and verbal
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, or simplify core FP&A workflows
• Build durable templates and self-service views; document logic and assumptions to ensure repeatability
