Job Description
Business Analyst required to join a rapidly expanding and challenging Business Change team in a leading organisation. The role involves delivering change agendas through projects, programmes, and business change, and providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Ability to understand complex processes, identify problems, and support the business in generating solutions & improved processes
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Can demonstrate business improvement tools and techniques including; requirements gathering, facilitation, process mapping, analysis, and continuous improvement
- Lean, Six Sigma, Requirements Gathering or other change related qualifications would be desirable
- Fast learner, adaptable, and dedicated
- Client focused with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
