Job Description
Elevation Capital is seeking a VP, Construction and Facilities Management to oversee the design, planning, execution, and long-term stewardship of the family office's real estate and physical assets. The ideal candidate will have 10-15+ years of experience in complex construction, real estate development, facilities management, or owner-side execution, with a proven track record of delivering complex UHNW luxury residential projects.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in complex construction, real estate development, facilities management, or owner-side execution
- Proven experience delivering complex UHNW luxury residential projects
- Demonstrated success managing off-grid or infrastructure-heavy environments
- Ability to take projects from concept through construction and into long-term operation
- Strong vendor management, contract discipline, and cost control
- Ability to operate independently with limited support structure
- Strong communication skills and sound judgment
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
