Management Consultant

Requirements

• Lead a client initiative to drive results through business process improvement, implementing new initiatives or performing an assessment of a current area of operations to find improvement opportunities
• Develop an approach for solving a business issue, gaining approval and then developing the game plan for implementing the initiative
• Plan projects by leveraging our delivery methods and industry knowledge to create project charters, work plans, and budgets that address project goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, roles, responsibilities, and risks
• Analyzing business performance through key business metrics and analysis
• Elicit business requirements and facilitate the capture of value added business processes
• Facilitate complex team meetings involving business and technical resources, including third party vendors
• Demonstrate credibility as a business partner to ensure business and technology decisions are reached to support business goals and objectives
