We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Program Supervisor to lead our day program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As the Program Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of the floor, ensuring that individuals receive engaging, skill-based support and that staff are empowered, guided, and held to a high standard.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in direct support, human services, or a related field (required)
• Prior experience supervising staff or leading a team (preferred)
• Knowledge of documentation practices, incident reports, and behavior support plans
• Ability to pass a background check and required training certifications
