As a leader on the branch team, the Associate Branch Manager is responsible for leading and coaching the teller team and responding to escalations in the branch.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in financial services industry
• In-depth understanding of teller role and expert knowledge of financial transactions
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of branch audit control
• Strong understanding of core operating and ancillary support systems
• 1+ year of branch operations leadership experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience
