Commercial Loan Origination System Administrator

The Commercial Loan Origination System Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of assigned Commercial applications used by Elevations Credit Union. They ensure systems are running smoothly, troubleshoot any issues, and implement updates and enhancements as needed.

Requirements

• Serve as the primary interface between ECU and the commercial lending applications
• Maintain reporting and development standards
• Manage internal system requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor system performance
• Review releases and patches
• Conduct QA
• Maintain user and security settings
• Collaborate with stakeholders for improvements
• Lead the creation of new system functions and workflows
