Job Description
Join Elevations Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Processor II and contribute to creating amazing customer experiences for our members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and complete loan files while meeting every scheduled deadline and closing date.
Requirements
- Review new loan submissions within 24 hours of receipt
- Order Verification of Employment, appraisal, title, etc.
- Submit a clean file to the Underwriting and closing teams
- Work with the Loan Officer/Loan officer assistant team to obtain underwriting conditions
- Collect and verify all documentation required
- Proactive and timely communication to members and business partners on loan decisions
- Adheres to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations governing the Credit Union
