Job Description
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We're seeking a Contract Manager to support the Legal team on commercial contracting matters, with occasional involvement in corporate, compliance, litigation, and operational legal work.
Requirements
- Negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements
- Maintain contract records and reporting through our CLM systems and DocuSign
- Support contract negotiations and assist with template/playbook updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review
- Act as one of the key touch points for commercial agreements
- Support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing use of new tools and products
- Assist, on an as-needed basis, with corporate and IP filings
- Participate in special projects
