Job Description
As a Deployment Strategist, you will work with a team to deploy voice AI technology for customers, meeting with strategic customers, designing integrations, guiding customers on best practices, and presenting results to C-suite executives. No two days are the same.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases
- Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models
