Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in support or IT service management functions
- Strong knowledge in: XML and XSD, Web Services (SOAP, REST, Websockets), Relational databases (SQL)
- Valued knowledge in: Queue management systems (e.g. RabbitMQ), Log management tools (e.g. Graylog), Programming languages (C#, Java)
- Certifications in ISO 27001, ITIL, or equivalents are a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to communicate, and enjoyment of working in a team
- Spirit of initiative and willingness to continuously learn
