Job Description
Elevus is recruiting a Product Owner to join a technical team, assuming responsibility for defining product vision, backlog management, and alignment between business and development.
Requirements
- Meet with stakeholders, clients, managers, and development team to ensure strategic alignment;
- Define and communicate product vision, ensuring consistency with business objectives;
- Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, aligned with strategy, budget, and timelines;
- Evaluate and anticipate customer needs;
- Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams;
- Monitor product progress and team performance during sprints;
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective);
- Prepare team performance reports.
