Job Description
We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer to join a pioneering organization in the Insurtech sector. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a central role in ensuring the quality, performance, security, and robustness of digital solutions. You will lead the evolution to an automation-first testing model with GenAI support, designing and implementing intelligent solutions that increase efficiency, coverage, and reliability of tests throughout the development cycle.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a QA Automation Engineer / Software Test Engineer
- Strong experience with Playwright (Selenium is a plus)
- Experience in API testing automation (Postman, SoapUI or similar)
- Deep knowledge of automation testing principles (unit, integration, E2E, performance, security)
- Experience with testing management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with applications in Azure Cloud
- Strong analytical skills and root cause analysis ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
