Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience
• Deep experience in consumer healthcare, health tech, or digital wellness
• Proven track record of building and scaling design systems from scratch or early stages
• Strong product sense
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
• Proficiency with modern AI design tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Empathy and nuance
