As the interface between departments and IT, the Business Analyst for Infrastructure Projects & DC Grids identifies process potential, develops smart solutions, and shapes the digitalization and network expansion at 50Hertz. The role involves analyzing business and project processes, identifying optimization potential, developing suitable solutions, and accompanying them from the request to the rollout, with a direct contribution to the energy transition.

Requirements

• Completed studies in engineering, natural sciences, information technology, or economics
• Experience in structured recording, documentation, and prioritization of requirements
• Ability to translate technical needs into executable solution concepts and communicate them clearly
• Basic understanding of IT system landscapes, including experience with agile processes and methods
• Safe handling of common analysis, documentation, and collaboration tools
• Experience in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills (each at least B2)
