Contract Manager Ancillary Services

We are seeking a Contract Manager Ancillary Services to join our Market, Energy & System Services department. The successful candidate will play a key role in the evolution and maturity of Belgium's balancing and flexibility markets. The job involves drafting, updating and optimizing contracts for ancillary and flexibility services, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Master's degree in law or a Technical/Engineering field
• At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector, a regulated environment or contract management
• Knowledge of electricity markets, ancillary services or balancing mechanisms is a strong asset
• Ability to translate complex concepts into accessible and actionable contract language
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluency in English and at least one national language (French or Dutch)
