• Interest in the energy transition and fun in professional communication with modern communication tools
• Motivation to learn new things and take responsibility for first own projects
• Punctuality, structured approach and initiative
• A well-developed interest in electrical and energy-related topics
• General technical understanding
• Excellent knowledge of the German language in word and writing (C1)
