Expert Telecom - Secondary Systems

Excited to work for a key Belgian player in the energy landscape? As a Secondary Systems Expert, you will acquire expertise on how to manage and implement new technical facilities that are used to expand and upgrade the Belgian high-voltage grid. You will be responsible for telecommunications, fibre-optic connections, and other technical matters.

Requirements

• Drafting and managing technical specifications for tender procedures
• Monitoring entire tendering procedures and being fully responsible for relevant technical matters
• Handling the technical management of existing framework agreements
• Providing technical support and advice for project teams
• Devising technical training and giving it to operational entities
• Taking part in internal, national and international working groups as an expert
• Developing a general knowledge of the entire secondary system of an Elia substation
