Job Description
Service Owner Billing Platform at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH to setup and operate the billing platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and connectivity. Tasks include end-to-end responsibility, stable operation, service owner role, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Completed study of computer science, business informatics, engineering sciences, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a service owner, product manager, or in a comparable role (IT application manager, IT project manager, IT consultant)
- Experience in setting up and operating complex platform or application landscapes
- Fundamental knowledge in IT service management (ITIL)
- Very good knowledge of German and English (each at least C1)
