• Very good knowledge of the statutory and regulatory framework of the electricity industry in Germany in general, experiences in the field of electricity market design and capacity mechanisms
• Precise communication, presentation skills and persuasion skills
• At least three years of professional experience in the energy sector, ideally with a producer, network operator or association
• Very good German knowledge (C1) and English fluent (B2)
