Job Description
We are looking for a Team Assistant to support our Regionalzentrum West at the Wolmirstedt location. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar field, be proficient in MS Office, and have strong communication skills. The role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating events, as well as handling procurement and travel arrangements. The position is full-time with 37 hours per week and offers flexible working hours, a long-term working time account, and mobile working possibilities.
Requirements

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Organisationstalent, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Proaktivität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Lösungsorientierung und Verbindlichkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B1 bis B2)
